Your online account name will appear up at the top right, click you name, a drop down menu will appear with an option for VBucks. Enter your 16 digit number.

This will give you a new 12 Digit Code. You have to record this new code, as it is required on Playstation to get your VBucks.

Select Add Funds and scroll to redeem codes. Enter in the new 12 digit code that was supplied on the Fortnite site. Once the code is accepted, the new VBucks will be added onto your account. Use the circle button on the game controller to back up and get into the game to see the VBucks added. There is no requirement to confirm purchase, or do anything else. This took me an hour to figure out, Epic was not much help.
